# Governance

> <mark style="color:blue;">**Governance is the process by which $UWU Stakers can raise and vote on proposals, to ensure that the project continues to keep the community's best interest in mind.**</mark>

**There are two forms of proposals, which will be marked accordingly.**

**Network:** These are proposals posted by core contributors, and the results will be actioned.

**Community:** These are proposals posted by members of the community. The contributors will review every community vote, and proposals with strong community support may be moved up to the "Network" proposal level.&#x20;
